As of now Playing Now is alphabetically placed on the thread, which means pretty far down. I prefer it at the top, if possible.
Also why does MC jump to Start when I have been restoring a library even though I have deselected that page in Features?
Except for that it's really shaping up. I may try MC12 on a production machine pretty soon...which is pretty good for me!

This has been requested a few times.

I queried this and aparently it is by design. The reason- The start page is one view MC can guarantee will be available when switching libraries I believe.

OK, thanks. Then add my name to the request list on Playing now on top! :)

MC12 does not go the selected startup location after loading a library. I have set the startup location to be Playing Now, but MC12 starts in Start after changing the active library.
I change libraries constantly during I test and try MC12 functions and this has become irritating.
MC11.1 goes to the selected startup location, as it should.

If you don't have "Start" chosen as a selected feature (under advanced general options) and you load a different library, the start page is still shown by default.

Loading a library shows a view we know can't be using the library. This is by design.

MC11.1 didn't do that. It showed the selected startup location. Was that problematic?
It just seems unnecessary that MC contacts a web server in Minneapolis when I want to quickly change between two test libraries in Helsinki.

Please do that by yourself. Here's a good thread for your comment: http://yabb.jriver.com/interact/index.php?topic=36413.0.
