I purchased Media Center 10 several years ago. The computer and most of the information I had crashed and I had to purchase a new computer.
I still have the registration code, but when I try to use it to restore the program, it tells me it does not have a record of this.
I have looked for an e-mail address to communicate with an actual person to try and resolve this, but I can't find any. So I am posting this.
Please tell me either how to deal with this, or at least how to contact a support person to work it out.

Make sure the license and the version match. MC11 license won't work with MC10, for example.
You can copy your system info from MC Help and paste it here.
Don't post your license.

I reinstalled the same version I had previously but it doesn;t accept the registration code.

We need more info - what error message are you getting and where in the restore process are you?

Media center is installed and fully functional for the 30 day triel.
Burt when I go to "Install License" on the web and type in the regiatration code it says "Error. We could not find that license."
I've tried this several times using the Registration code I have in various forms to make sure I have it right, but still get the same message.
I have tried requesting the code under the forms, but it also says it does not have my current e-mail on file.

I received your e-mail and updated your e-mail address. Please use copy-and-paste to enter the license into the form, it should work fine.
