I just downloaded and registered MC12, and it appears that I have been charged for the upgrade twice. I received 2 registration codes and when I checked my credit card, there are 2 temporary charges for the 19.98.
I looked for an email address to contact someone directly, but could not find one. If there's something I'm missing, I apologize.
As an aside, I'm updraging from MC10, and am very pleased with the progress seen with the latest version.

I'm not too worked-up, I was mostly wondering if there was an email address to contact someone directly. I may be overlooking the obvious, but I can't seem to find any contact information other than a mailing address. :-\

Nothing gets missed here. This is the proper place for support. If your post gets pushed down too far, just bump it back up. :)
It may seem a bit counter-intuitive at first, but the forum here is actually very efficient and quick at getting problems solved.

It looks like you were charged twice, I'll fix this tomorrow. In the meantime, was there anything about the purchase that you can remember that might have caused the double charge?

Not that I can remember. There was no double clicking that I was aware of and was only made aware that it may have happened after receiving 2 emails with different registration codes.

Very strange... I checked - there are two separate accesses of the purchase web page, so it wasn't a glitch in the purchase software itself.
Anyway, the refund is on it's way.
Don't use the first license you received (the one starting 7DDP7)

Not a problem at all. The software did the 'automatic register thing', but it appears the software used the other license key (starting with O5I40).
No need to apologize, it's just as likely I did something without realizing it (or Firefox, for that matter).
