MY JUKEBOX KEY WILL NOT RESTORE I BROUGHT THIS SERVICE IN MAY 2002 I HAVE NOT USED UP ALL MY RESTORAL I HAVE TRIED TO RESTORE MY KEY AND IT SAYS THAT THIS EMAIL IS NOT WORKING AND THAT THE INSTALL KEY WILL NOT WORK. NOW EITHER YOU GIVE ME MORE RESTORALS AND CORRECT MY EMAIL ADDRESS OR I WILL HAVE MY CREDIT CARD REFUND MY MONEY FROM YOU. I LIKE MEDIA JUKEBOX AND I WOULD LIKE TO KEEP USING IT BUT IF IT DOESN'T WORK THEN IT IS NOT DOING ME ANY GOOD IS IT.YOUR NAME (EMAIL ADDRESS)

A few things... TURN OFF CAPS LOCK!!!!! You're yelling. It's rude, and the quickest way to not get helped. Have you read through the FAQS? JRiver has probably answered your question in there, IF you've bothered to look. Read the FAQ, you'd be surprised at the questions it will answer.

Your busted keyboard could be the problem. E-mail at the moment is case sensitive. We plan to change that, but if you entered it in lower case, you'll have to make a trip to Best Buy. Some gas stations sell them, too.

Or, you could hold the shift key down as you're typing. Caps lock |PLS| Shift = lower case lettesr. No need to thank me, I'm here to help.
