Hello--I have media center 11.1.201.0 and when I go to convert format on the library tools menu and try to convert a tune from say an mp3 to wav after clicking the field add new file and then click remove old to recycle bin I get a pop-up menu stating error in UNICOWS.dll. I've tried uninstalling and re-installing the program several times but always get the same message. What to do?? Thanks--
