I'm probably missing something, but I can't figure out what.
I installed the latest (2.0.1) version of the FLAC encoder and input plugin. I even uninstalled them en reinstalled.
But I can't select the FLAC extension for import anywhere. Not under options/file extensions or under import options. What am I missing?
MJ12 plays FLAC fine, and I can import them by dragging them into MJ12, but not by running (auto) import, or with right click/import (says 0 files imported).

Make sure you have the latest build installed from the top of this board.

Fixed.
Thx.

I still can't import flac files. Using latest build.

On import dialog box, make sure you check flac. It is not checked by default that I know of.

Thanks for the reply, but it is checked and still won't import.

have you looked under "Documents" in the tree?
-
aha, yes that's where they are. Thanks.
But of course they should be under music, so I guess that's an outstanding bug.

the "Readme.txt" file that comes with the plugin contains the following line...
Also, please restart MC prior to using the plugin, because sometimes MC will import files as documents rather than audio.

OK, didn't spot that when I installed it first time round.
So I've just uninstalled the flac plug-ins, deleted the flac files from the library, re-started MC, installed the flac plugin, then re-started MC.
But it's still importing them as documents ?
