Title: Device disconnects on sync

I've just started using MC12 (upgraded from MC10) and have had an issue.  Whenever I try to sync my PMP, the software disconnects before sync can complete.  Sometimes it gets started and appears to work fine for a while (2-3 minutes), other time it disconnects almost immediately.  At first I thought it might be the device, as it is still new, but I have since been able to get it working with Yahoo Music Jukebox.

Wondering if anyone else has had this issue, or if anyone has suggestions as to how to get it working.

The device is the Archos 604wifi
MC12 version 12.0.106
OS WinXP

Are you converting files as you sync? We have had problems when the converter hits a bad file.
