Title: DSM-320 restarts songs...

I recently decided to try using my Media Center software with my DSM-320. Everything is O.K. except it plays the first few seconds of a song, then restarts the song.

I saw a post about this below, which said it was corrected in some version of Media Center. I just downloaded the latest build today, and it I am still having the problem.

Any ideas?

What settings are you using on the Options page?

Thanks for your reply.

I am using the following settings:

Always convert audio

Encoder: MP3 Encoder

Specify TCP port not checked

Port 1783

Reciever: Dlink DSM-320

The rest are defaults as a result of selecting the Dlink.

My source files are WAV files that are being converted to MP3. In the advanced settings, I have CBR/ABR encoding, with a target bitrate of 320.

I have the latest firmware installed on the unit.

I've just been using the Dlink software, and the unit performs well. I have also been a long time Media Center user and would like to use MC for the interface.
