For Those Of You Out Side Of The United States. J River Will Be Closed 23-November-2006, (Not Sure About The 24th) But Below Is A Link About Our thanksgiving holiday.

Happy Turkey Slaughter Day!

(gobble gobble)  ;D

We're deep-frying our turkey this year.  I usually spend a lot of time brining and roasting the turkey (rotating it as it cooks to keep the breast meat from drying out).  This year a friend of ours from "the south" is joining us for dinner and is bringing his turkey fryer.  Mainly it's just much, much faster!

Hmmm... I wonder what wines will go well with turkey?   ::)   ;)
