Title: Clean File Properties 'bug'

Just noticed: MC seems to use english as default, which causes some issues. If I use 'Fix capitalization', all strings containing 'vi' (we in swedish) becomes all ucase, vi = VI. I assume you interpret that as latin numbers, but it isn't always that :)

There are some tagging programs that allow for correcting of some chars

Normally The Following Would be Corrected To: Cbs, Abc, Usa, Bbc And Cbc

But in a field in the application the user could state some char stings be corrected to: CBS, ABC, USA, BBC, And CBC

It is not just the Swedish that are effected.
