I have an extensive music library of APE files which work quite fine with MC. I have just ripped another batch of tracks encoded in FLAC. I downloaded the Flac plugin for MC, and attempted to add the files to the library. None get added (the file count and database size remain the same as before). Curiously, however, the log reports for each file: "Ignored (already in database, etc.)" ?
So, MC seems to recognize the files as tracks to import, but decides not to import them as it thinkgs they already exist somewhere. NB - I have tried deleting the library and building one from scratch, but I get the same message.
Any thoughts greatly appreciated!
