Hi!,
I have recently installed DFX 8.019.
When playing tracks in MC 12.0.122, DFX starts up, but merely displays the "No Audio" message where the VU Meter thingy is.
It's as if it's not seeing any sound coming its way...

You have to turn on DFX in your playback options.
Go to:
Tools/options/playback/DSP & output format
Click on DFX
Everything should work fine after that.

Thanks Randy...
Geez...sometimes I think my brain is starting to fade out like an old light bulb...
I'm sure I looked at that options panel and can't understand how I coulda missed that tickbox...
Too much punishment on my brain and body in my youth I think...
Too many wasted daze...

Glad to help. ;D

The weird thing is...I've been using DFX for a while now...and I don't recall ever having to "switch it on" in that fashion before...but, like I said, the ole grey matter is slowly but surely turing to pulp-like substances...

The first time I used DFX was with 8.019 with MC 12.0, so I had nothing to remember from past experiences.
And don't tell anyone but I cheated. I read the instructions. But I don't remember where I read it (now that's getting old).
