Title: JRiver- Where'd my Forum account go?!!!

I just tried to login to the Interact Forums to find out that my account (that I've had for years) didn't exist anymore.  I was able to re-register with the same name I had before, but I hate that my post count is now at zero (I'm not a prolific poster, but this is the second glitch with the forums to reset my post total and I don't think I'll ever get out of Tenderfoot status at this rate).

Can someone please look into what happened and maybe restore my post count.  I should at least be up past 50 after all these years.
