I Use SWiSH Jukebox To Convert MP3's To FLV Format

The Problem Is The Program Has It's Problems, Is There Another Program Or Encoder\Plug-In That Will Convert Mp3's Inside Or Outside Of MC?

I don’t understand the following, but it should give you a CLI FLV encoder.
