Why cant I put a tick in the "print track list on inside front cover" box?

There is no "inside front cover" unless you choose "Generic with fold-over front" or "Slimline with fold-over front" in the "Media:" drop list. The inside front cover is the part that gets folded over.

If you chose the "Slimline" option for Media, you can choose to print the track list on the back cover. Then you can print the front cover, flip the paper over in the printer and print the back cover, then the tracklist will be lined up on the back of the front cover. Hope that's clear :-)
