Hello
For some reason I've started having a problem when I click on Playing Now - i.e. I get a message saying that MC11 has encountered a problem and needs to close. This happens every time. Up to a few days ago I was having all sorts of trouble - extremely slow response to mouse/keyboard; tracks not playing properly; buzzing noises, but these seem to have stopped after I changed some preferences.
Can anyone offer any suggestions, please? Thanks. ?

I Guess The Preferences was wrong.
I would think depending on what the settings were and your system hardware you may have had a conflict.

What type of files are you trying to play?

I'm having a similar problem with slow mouse response using MC11.1.200 on new HP. Never experienced this with prior versions on my other slower PCs. I have a mix of MP3s and M4As.
Any recommendations?

Hi everyone. I've still got the problem. I'm playing mp3 files on XP Home. The slow response problem is also still there but not as bad. Thanks for your help so far. If anyone wants more info let me know what info you need please.

Try disabling your virus checker.

The crashing when switching to Playing Now could be related to a visualization plugin. I've seen this with a corrupted install of G-Force on a friend's computer. Do you have G-Force installed? If so, does the problem go away if you uninstall it?
