Title: Enter new CD for YADB but fails to add to DB

When I put in a CD that is not found in YADB, It asks me to enter in the CD info including each song.
I do this but then when I click DONE it tells me that Add to Database failed!
I then lose all the data I just entered.
Why is this happening and how do I fix it?

Same problem here.  I'm on MC12.0.123.

Now fixed, the problem was on the server, so the build shouldn't matter.
