Title: XP Media Center 2005 and MC 12 issues?

I am trying to track down some flaky OS behavior.  Is anyone seeing OS stability issues with MCE 2005 and MC 12?

Lockups, reboots, lots of error messages.

Reboots are a hardware issue. (software can't really cause a rapid reboot)

Update drivers, especially video.

Run some stress tests and maybe a memory test.

Make sure nothing is overheating. (good airflow, no dust bunnies, etc.)

I am running XP Media Center SP2 with MC12 and don't have problems with the OS, so it might be something else.
I had this kind of rebooting problems when I was running MC11 on an AMD CPU with an Nvidia card (never really found out the reason!), but now with an Intel CPU and ATI Radeon no more of those problems.
