Title: external cd-rw drive problems!

i keep trying to burn cds in mp3 format, with jukebox 8 but it fails and gives the message 1051 device error! is there certain procedures and configurations that have to be done before hand? is another format the answer? do i have to purchase the top of the line version of jukebox? i need answers!
