Title: New sb_orange and sb_citrus skin -- 4.2

Hello. I had a problem with sb_orange and citrus skin version 4.1. They only worked to version 123.

Mr ChriZ changed a bit of the main.xml and he solved the problem (for me). I´ll post this skin a second time because cascius made it up to version 4.1. Thx for it... they´re the best I know.
