Title: Issue of conversion When play from Library Server

I enable the option Convert Audio if necessary for When play from Library Server.

When I play podcast mp3 files of constant bitrate 48K on my work computer from my home computer, I noticed that they were converted,  because it becomes varible bitrate.

Is that a bug or does JMC really consider it's necessary?

Convert if necessary should only convert if they are different file types. Always convert will *always* convert.
Are you sure the setting is convert if necessary?

I am sure I set it Convert if necessary
