Title: Is CD Database not working at the moment (1:30 AM on Sat Dec. 16)?

The CD database isn't working for me right now.  I can't update from or submit to the database at the moment (1:30 AM on Sat Dec. 16) -- I just get "failed" messages when I try.

I'm trying to determine if this is an MC problem, or if the database is perhaps down at this time.
