Title: Recorder options gone?

I can no longer access the Recorder options for track splitting and recording source.  I thought this was an issue in build 130 so I re-installed and got the same result.  I rolled back a couple of builds and noticed it was still in build 115 but not 125. Is this by design? It would be nice to have this functionality back.
