Title: Tag information for external encoder, tag prog.

I´ve a question. Because it´s to difficult for me to write a plugin for mc, I want to make a workaround. My idea is to write a command line programm, which is connected with an aac and wavepack encoder. Then you use this programm as an external encoder, with parameters (which encoder, quality, etc).... and then you get the outputfiles. My question: In which format does Mc give the file to the encoder (mp3, wav,etc) and then are there existing tags. I want to tag the files after encoding directly ( with tag.exe). Can I get them from the file or somewhere else. Thx for replies.

Is there a list with taginfos artist etc. for encoded files. So I could read the info with my programm.

sry I have another question. Can I convert a mp3 file from libary with the tags to wav. I mean in Mc12. Is there an option,etc

or can I rename All Filenames in Mc in this format

[Album] - [Artist] - ......?

so Mc takes the infos from the Tags and writes it in the filename.
