Title: Good skin for listening to recorded talk radio.

I record a number of shows off the internet and playback on my PC. Is there a skin for MC (I'm using ver 12.) optimized for listening to talk radio playback? What the skin would need are buttons to jump back 15 seconds, ahead 30 seconds, 1 minute, and 2 minutes. Bonus if you can accelerate playback by fractions.
