Title: Gigabeat S 60 - MC 12 reads too slowly

I am using MC 12.0.130 and a Toshiba Gigabeat S 60.  The gigabeat has 26 gigs free.  When I connect my gigabeat, MC says 'working' for 12 minutes before it pulls up the files on the gigabeat.  I can live with it but I would rather not. 

Also, MC will play files that are on an Ipod but won't play songs from my my Gigabeat.  Is that ever going to be an option?

I've noticed the same behavior on my Sansa e280, though that only has a total of 8gb so it reads it for roughly 2 minutes.  But as I rotate music off the device a lot it can quickly become annoying.

I've noticed that the scanning happens every time and a lot more slowly when the player is in MTP (Playsforsure) mode as opposed to MSC (i.e., the computer sees it as a storage volume).  Sometimes in MSC mode it doesn't rescan at all.
