Title: Duplicates in the Libray after Sync with External Players

Hi (final Noob Q for today!)
I've done my first Sync with both an IPOD (daugher) and Samsung YEPP and it all worked perfectly except I now have multiple listings in MC for the songs I've synced.  How do I:
1) Get rid of these enteries
2) Config MC so I don't stuff it up again
