Can you provide an email address to someone your company, that can sort out this problem
As I was purchasing the upgrade to MC12, my credit card company had put a stop on my transactions as they believed my card had been used fraudulently, which indeed it was. So the payment of $19.98 was delined, so I tried to use another card, and your system had told me that I had already purcheased the product in the last 30'.
I have a new key but unsure if you have collected payment off the alternative card

Hi Nick, it looks like everything is fine. I see the declined charge on the first card, then a successful purchase (with two restores) on the second.
