Title: All Media Option

Please add a fourth option next to Audio, Images, & Video called All...add an option in settings to show this--off by default.  And if on, default the side bar to be wider than normal.  I like it wide enough so 4:3 video content fills the display window nicely.

I would really like it, if All is enabled, to widen the side bar to hold 4:3 content perfectly and also increase the font size of all the side bar info automatically.

I support the request for an All view at the top.

My preferred implementation would be a option to select any 3 of All/Audio/Video/Image/Document.

One of MCs key strengths is its ability to manage multiple media types. I take full advantage of this. For any given Artist I frequently have multiple media types such as music tracks, music videos, album art images, and documents about the Artist and her works. Because of this I find I use my All views more frequently than any other view.

By not offering a built-in All view, I think we are short-changing a key and unique strength of MC.
