Title: [ANN] Flac Decoder 2.1.1

I posted version 2.1.1 of the flac decoder (tagging/playback) on Sourceforge.  http://mcplugins.sourceforge.net (http://mcplugins.sourceforge.net).

Major updates to the Unicode tag handling, so I think those issues have been squashed.  Added the "nShift" to allow 12 and 20-bit files to be decoded.  Organized Configuration options into "Tagging" and "Decoding" and added the Tagging Option "Remove All Images with Tags" so that a "Remove All Tags" from within MC will cause all image blocks to be removed.  Leaving this unset and using "Update Tags" will add/remove only the Cover Art block.

Note: version 2+ decoders only work with MC 12+.

Just a small note on the decoder:
After installing 2.1.1, MC Plug-in Manager window still shows 2.1.0.
Not really a big deal, just found myself uninstalling and reinstalling several times before I realized it.

Oops!  The mjp file just needs to be changed.  You can do it with a text editor.  I'll fix the version on Sourceforge.
