Title: Feature request for watched folders

I'd love to see a function whereby I could auto-assign tag fields to files in watched folders.
What I mean by this is: I have 2 hdd's full of movies, the folders are watched my MC. I would like MC to automatically assign the tag GENRE:MOVIE when it imports them. Same with my photos, one folder would be auto-assigned GENRE:MyPictures, another folder GENRE:350D and so on... just as a way of automating the organisation of files.

One trick is to make a smartlist pointing to a folder so you can quickly do this by hand.

An example smartlist search to include everything at and below the D:\Video path:
[Filename]=[D:\Data\Video"

In v13, we may add tagging and renaming to Auto-Import.
