Title: Need Help With 2 Questions About Upgrading

I am using Jukebox Plus.  When a new update is available, are we just supposed to download it to the same folder as the old one, or remove the old one first.
I had version 8.0.348 and downloaded the new update 8.0.356 to a different folder...which I will fix if I did it wrong.  
I just saw that version 8.0.360 is available.  Is this for Plus?  If it is, my software will not upgrade to it.

Just download the new latest version and install it atop of the previous one - that's it ! (MJ will keep your settings - and licence - of course)
