I am attempting to install the Monkey's APE plugin, and keep getting an error message that reads: "Invalid package file. Cannot continue. C:/Temporary Internet Files/Copntent.IE5\2PH6RYHC\enc_ape[1].mip"
Is the file corrupt on the MJ server?
I tried installing Monkey's APE full program on my computer, which worked fine, but that didn't integrate the capability into MJ8.
Thanks for any pointers!

Try cleaning temp files in IE.
IE/Tools/Internet Options/Temporary Internet Files/Delete files.
Use IE to visit the plug-ins page to download again.

I'm at a different machine today, but did download from the plugins page. Should the APE plugin file REALLY only be 229 bytes long?
Thanks,
Mike

No. It's bigger than that. You're probably looking at the mjp file which is the first of two files. It tells MC how to install the plug-in.
Take a look at the FAQ here. There is one on plugin download problems.

Thank you! I'll do that.
