Please add kernal streaming to the output options for MC12.
I have tried to use ASIO and ASIO4ALL with my Waveterminal 192X soundcard, but I cannot get rid of hiccups/glitches. In particular, every time I reduce MC I hear a glitch. The audible pops become worse if I oversample. Performance if fairly tolerable with ASIO 2.0 and no oversampling. The ASIO 2.0 drivers work better than ASIO4ALL drivers.
Running ASIO 2.0 through Foobar is the same. But I can run kernal streaming at 32bits upsampled to 192,000 and the music plays flawlessly (unless I open up RAM intensive app like photoshop while music is playing).
I've tried numerous fixed to make ASIO work: adjusting pci latencies, disabling background processes, increasing buffers. Still the same glitches in playback.
I know I am not the only one with these problems...
so add kernal streaming, please.

Playback problems are sometimes caused by virus checkers. We recommend uninstalling to test.

ASIO works rock solid, flawlessly on my setup, for everything I've thrown at it, but then it is RME and their drivers and hardware are very good. Have you tried the following:
-Under System Properties/Advanced tab/Performance Settings/Advanced Tab: Set processor scheduling to "Background Services"
-In Control Panel/Sounds and Audio Devices/Audio Tab: Make sure your ASIO device is not the default for Sound Playback and also consider setting Sound Scheme to "No Sound". Or if you have a second sound device, choose it for these options (Audio and Voice tabs).

I've done all the above, and more, with no improvement.
RME cards are clearly much better than the esi waveterminals.
oh well.

Curious what OS your using.
How packed is the PCI bus; lots of cards or peripherals?
