Title: Any way for theater view to default to a secondary monitor?

I've connected my TV to my PC as a secondary monitor but theater view doesn't seem to want to appear on the TV when it is set as the secondary monitor only when it it the primary monitor. Anyway around this?

Yes.  Go to Options --> Playback --> Display settings

Change the Full Screen --> Monitor setting to Display #2.  The Theater View follows this option.
