Some folders in File location are missing. Files from these folders are in the content view, but the folders are not in the organization tree.
I have ARTIST\ALBUM directories. If I don't know the ALBUM, I just put the files in ARTIST directory and it sometimes causes other ALBUM directory to dissapear.
It also depends on filenames. When I renamed files, I could see the folders. After I renamed the files back, then folders dissapeared again.
