Title: Feature request - settable thread priority for encoding

In the future, could you consider adding an option to change thread priority for the encoder that syncs media to a device?  It would be nice to tell it to run low priority so my computer is not too slowed by the encoding process.

Two things that could help:

1) Use the conversion cache
2) Tell MC to only convert one file at a time (this will be a lot slower on multi-core machines, and a little slower on single-core machines, but may still be desirable in some cases)
