Title: Problem with Skin... Orange 4.2

Hi

I hava a problem with the skin. This is only one situation where the margin doesn´t scale right. I have found a couple of problems.  Can someone help me?
Only post the lines which should get changed in the xml file and I modify the file for myself and post version 4.3 then.
