Title: Can't get replay gain on ipod to work

I am using the latest MC and have an 4G Ipod photo, but I can't get replay gain to work.
What I do is I analyse the files and then transfer them to the IPOD. I have also tried to analyse the files on the IPOD, but also with no results. Can someone give me a step by step guide on how to do it?

I have been reading the forums, and people refer to an option 'Apply Replay Gain' when right clicking the Ipod, but I cannot find it in my case. Any suggestions?

Hmm I think I got it to work. Right clicking the Ipod and then 'Initialize Ipod' did the trick (although that did wipe out my Ipod completely).

I don't know about the 4G iPod photo, but the 5G iPod's have a Soundcheck option that you have to turn on in Settings for Replay Gain to work as you'd like. If such a setting exists in 4G iPods, make sure it's turned on.
