Title: Release history -- is there one?

Is there a place to read about Media Center's history?  I would like to know more about all its versions, general product highlights, dates for entering beta, being released, prices, etc.?  I know there were a lot of versions and it would be interesting if screenshots could be included for each version, too.  Were there really 12 different versions?

Perhaps a powerpoint presentation showing the various versions with screenshots and, like I said, some general feature highlights (the most prominent features), would be wonderful.  A great way to see how this media application has evolved over time.  I'd be interested if one was ever created--would provide a good look at media on the computer in general, too.  It seems like MJ was one of the first media applications ever.

*hint hint*  Perhaps J River could help out a bit on creating a comprehensive guide?  Not that I want to impose this job on anyone but it would be fascinating.
