Title: ipod sync to play list question

Hi,

I have a question about iPod sync option where I can select my iPod to be synced to a playlist. Suppose I have configured my iPod to sync to a certain playlist. I connect my iPod to my computer and the "iPod sync handheld" action window appears on bottom left asking me to Sync or Drop files there. Now suppose I drop a file in that area which is not part of the playlist and click on the "Sync" button. I have two questions: Will this file be copied to the iPod? Will this file be added to the playlist associated with this iPod?

Drag-n-drop allows you to manually add files or playlists to a sync.

Doing this does not change the other playlists included in the sync.

Remember that picking "delete files not in sync" would get rid of files manually added on the next sync.
