Title: Creating video demos

I know this was discussed somewhere in this forum last year but I just can't find the correct combination of search words for the topic. We want to create some flash demos describing how to use a program with audio and such similar to http://www.nitobi.com/tv/watch/?v=2

There was a discussion of some tools that did that and I thought one was free which of course would be best.  :)  Can anybody find that topic where this was discussed or list some good and cheap tools?
