I would like MJ not to automatically load and start whenever I put a CD in my drive. I want to have manual control over which application to use in playing a CD. I've tried unchecking the "Associate with audio CDs" option under Settings/Options/File Associations (in MJ 357), and have uninstalled MJ 357 and installed MJ 360 (and then went into Settings/Options/File Associations and unchecked "Associate with audio CDs"), to no avail. My system settings are:

Tell another program to take control of CD's or turn off auto-insert for your CD drive (search on google for instructions for your OS).
