Title: Horizontal scrolling with mouse

Hi

Does MC support  horizontal scrolling? I've got a logitech mx1000 and can't get horizontal scrolling to work in MC.

You can hold down the middle mouse button and then move the mouse around.

My understanding is Microsoft only added a standard handling for horizontal scroll wheels for Vista.  Older OS's use band-aids from the driver software which aren't reliable.
