Title: Modified double click behavior: does not apply to PlayingNow?

I change my double click behavior to DoubleClick: FileProperties. I love it because it prevents accidental switching of song if I am playing music and browsing or building playlists at the same time. Accidental DoubleClicks do happen once in a while no matter how careful I try to avoid them, especially if I am moving songs around with click-and-drag.

However, after changing double click behaivor, when in Playing Now, double click still changes the current song. Is it a designed behavior? Any way to disable double click in Playing Now?
