Title: Cowon (Iaudio) D2 (UMS device) works with MC12 & x64

No problems so far with the D2 on 64-bit windows with MC12.

It more or less shows up as a drive does'nt it? I have'nt tried putting music on it from MC yet only had it a week and I've been just dragging and dropping.

Yep, and the SD card shows up seperately as another drive which is cool with me. Thank heavens the D2 plays back audio from both onboard memory and the card in shuffle mode.
