Title: media has created errors and will be shutdown... ?

i was useing 8.0.327   scanned thru a song and was shutdown by an error.   i tryed downloading and installing the newest version,  but ever since the 1st shutdown everytime i start mjb it is shutdown immediately by windows saying it has caused errors and and error log has been created.

any help on a fix for this?

im running win2kpro sp3, 512megs mem, 1ghz celeron.
