Title: Annoying bug
Post by: benn600 on February 20, 2007, 09:46:28 pm
I like setting the jump on playback to none.  This way, starting a DVD doesn't take over the screen but just uses the small display window unless I want it to be full screen.

If this option is set and I start a DVD, a new taskbar item opens for each item called "Media Center DVD Pla..."

A new one opens each time a DVD is started.  I can safely right click > Close these...but they are obviously annoying.  Also, a small window, about the same size as the Display view, appears in the upper left corner--it is a solid black box.

Also, in the display window, the video will playback filling the space rather than keeping its aspect ratio.  Any way to fix this?

That's weired coz I too used to get this but had been fixed a while back. What version of MC12 are you running?

The problem was happening on a less used computer in our house so I wouldn't be surprised if it was an older version.  I'll update it and check again.
