OK each time I select a file to play it plays. When I select the next file it crashes. If I sect a file to conver to mp3 from wmf, I have downloaded the mp3 converter, It iether crashes or hangs up. This same thing happens on my desktop and laptop. I am running XP Pro on a pentium 4, desktop, and amd duron, on laptop.
Please guide me. Ed
