Title: MC 12 wont burn

I just downloaded MC 12, which is supposed to be a full-featured demo for one month. However, when I try to burn any disc I get the following error message: "Media Center could not find a suitable burner installed on this machine." I actually have a CD burner and a DVD burner installed, which work fine in MC 10. What would cause such a problem and how do I solve it?

What kind of burner is it?  USB, external?  I have been hearing about some burning issues (lol) and am not sure about the status at the moment.  What is your source material for burning?

What build to you have?  You can copy system info from MC Help and paste it here.

If you're not logged in with "admin" rights, you can try this:

Try opening up write access to the CD burners for all users using this:
ftp://ftp.jriver.com/pub/downloads/music/tmp/SetBurningRights.exe

This program must be run once from an account with Admin rights. Afterwards, the CD drives will be accessible to all users.
